I hope someone else posts their favourites on here. I'd like to try them too.
Here's a few recipies I've cooked up.

And remember to eat a focil chili to get an extra 100% crafting speed.
Here's the wiki page on custom Consumable:

The only stats you really need to worry about are food and water. IMHO, custom recipes work too slow for health and on the run stamina (exception noted below), so medical brews and energy brews are best for healing up and regaining stamina, and are still cheap to make. After doing a berry run with my bronto I have enough narco and tinto berries to make several hundred each of narcotics and medical brews. I have over 1000 sitting in my fridges. Energy brews take a bit more, but are still pretty easy to go out and gather the resources to make a few batches.
So for food, and with the above mentioned crafting speed stat, here's what I use:
- 8 Raw Meat as a food: Gives 106 food, 78 health.
- 3 Advanced Crops as a drink: Gives 132 water; excellent for scorched earth.
- 100 Stimberries as a food: Gives 1094 Stamina, 329 Food. This is the exception. You can feed your dinos custom recipes, but only stamina is affected. I use this to refill my birds' stamina while idling in the air. You can add more stimberries to regain more stamina. At my level, 1094 per 100 stimberries.
You can make a ton of different recipes, but those are the ones I use daily.
-50 berries for water
-a stack of spoiled meat for messing with your pal and killing them (make it look like the egg food)
First up, "Health Potion" is a drink item made with 10 cooked prime. With this one I simply made 3 versions with mutton, prime meat and fish, all have the exact same effect of tiny food and water with +294.9 hp.
Next I have the "Hamburger" and "Fish Sandwich", both food items with same stats of +118.5 food and 89.1 hp. They are seperate to accommodate raw meat and fish respectively, taking 2 longrass for the bun and 8 raw meat for a juicy hamburger patty, and 2 savoroot for healthy potato bread housing 8 raw fish for a hearty smoked fillet.
To wash it all down, "Citronade"; a refreshing beverage that quenches +134.5 water. Simply squeeze 3 citronal in a cup and add water. I like the zest, keeps your eyes open and on watch for dinos; however, if you want it a little sweeter, it goes great with honey.
Speaking of watching for dinos, gotta stay fresh and on your toes to stay alive, sometimes literally, so grab an "Energy Bar". Gives you +290.4 stamina and only costs you 3 rare mushrooms and a couple (2) stimberries. Love that mysterious taste the mushrooms give it.
But life of the island(or whatever your location) getting to bland? Smash up a couple handfuls (20) of stimberries into a sweet, pasty batter. Throw it in the oven, for your birdy and me. (Sorry, got carried away with the role-playing. The "Stim Cake" sports +223.6 stamina and +67.7 food. It's a cheaper route than the energy bar, if you're going through a lot of stamina items.)
Well, that was fun. Hope someone else enjoys this necro as well. Lol.

Really should use some eggs.
