Bronto Herd Attack

I have about 5 brontos outside my base, and I'm thinking about killing/taming one. However, I do not know if brontos can behave like trikes and attack as a herd. Basically, I'm worried that if i shoot one they will all attack me at once. Do they behave this way or not? I can't find anything through google.

With 5 of them, it's likely at least one will be opposite gender. So, yeah, they'll all attack.. You'll wanna try and lure them away from your base because their tail swing can go through walls and ruin your stuff inside.

Thanks, I was wondering. I have a raft quite close to my base, maybe i could lure them there and drown them, although I still want to tame one. any suggestions on that? if it helps, the time for taming is like 1/40 of the normal time or something crazy like that. I'm on a private server with good friends of mine.

I would suggest killing off the ones you DON't want to tame first. as you hit them, walk away from your base. They will de-aggro if you get far enough away/don't hit them long enough just like any other Herbavor. Be specialy careful to only hit the ones you DONT want to tame.

Once the one you want to tame is left, proceed with knocking it out.

LOL, reminds me of about day 6 when I was playing on Herb Island and those pesky vegetarian brontos were getting in my way and stomping around MY base. How dare them!

I would suggest the same, they are slow so you can easily run in front of them :)
