Tapejara question

Assuming it's just me flying it, can I sit in the front seat to shoot and fly at same time?

I haven't tamed a Tap myself, but I read somewhere that you can solo tame a quetzal using a tapejara by switching seats mid flight.

No the pilot sits in the center seat. Then a shooter can sit in the back or front and shoot forward or backward.

Granted I think this was posted pre flyer nerf but I don't see why it still wouldn't be viable to try it out :)

You cannot switch seats midflight and the other seats besides the middle cannot control the Tape c: Just retested it myself just to be sure and it isnt possible.

Ah. my bad. Fly to the quetzal, land, switch seats, then you're golden using whistles.

Wait how does that work? I don't think you can get in the other seats until someone is in the pilot seat. You definitely can't get in a passenger seat and use a whistle to fly it.

We've used the Tappy the last few times we tamed one but I always had someone drive while I shot. This will be interesting.

Yeah, I'll force a buddy to come online and fly me if it doesn't work lol

Fly to the red obelisk, choose a quetz u want (best is low level), land the tapa and get into the front seat. Now u need two whistles (attack this target and move there). first search a dino on land and whistle "attack this target" (otherwise the tapejara wont start flying), a dodo or something else and then u whistle always "move there" until u next to the quetz and then start tranq it. Don't forget to stop whistle "move there" otherwise the tapejara is going down!

What is the "move there" command on PC
