there is a command but it makes them god mod also so probaly not what your looking for
The command you're looking for is GMSummon. Follow the instructions in the thread I link on how to properly use it.

you can also do it without gmsummon:

admincheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Spino/Spino_Character_BP.Spino_Character_BP'" 500 0 0 35 | admincheat forcetame

you can execute multiple commands right one after another by concatenating them with a space, a so called "pipe" character and another space followed by the next command, just remember you will have to put "admincheat" (or just "cheat") in font of the new command too

i often use that to assemble different kinds of chained commands, like spawning in requirements for the bossfights with just 1 chained command instead of having the pain to execute them all separate.

That is a fantastically useful tip, though in this particular case I don't see what it does that GMsummon doesn't do quicker, but in a lot of other situations. I had no idea such a thing was possible, thanks for sharing!

speed is the same, but idk how gmsummon works at all, is it giving bonus points or anything special?

and ye, actually i saw that in the spawn codes thread from jen when tek came out, she posted a chained command for spawning in all tek armor plus the rifle at once and my mind got blown when i saw how easy it is lol...
Dotame and forcetame can be buggy and end up crashing your server, so I would highly recommend GMSummon. You'll still need a saddle to ride the animal.

It's exactly the same as SpawnDino + DoTame, just much faster since it's a third as much typing. If you spawn in a dinosaur with level 150, it'll come out at 224, just like a perfect tame of a 150 dinosaur. No bonus points or anything else that you wouldn't have gotten with a perfect kibble tame.

Why do you need to execute the commands so fast? Because the thing you are spawning will eat you?

perhaps cause he needs to spawn alot of stuff, say, spawning a dino with JUST the right base stats, its completely random so you'll probably have to spawn, kill, spawn, kill over and over until you get the best possible stats your looking for, for that given level.

As example: on a previous server before I became jaded and cynical, I actually cared about certain dinos that I tamed, so much so I could remember exact colors and stats they had, and they were my beloved dinos. I sadly ended up losing them when I tried to transfer to a new server and it just... got all fudged up and they disappeared completely. So I started spawning em in, trying to get the right stats comparable to those dinos, and then coloring them correctly.

I like to call it "Necromancy" for RP-sake:D

Befiore you spawn in the dino, issue the playersonly command.
Nothing moves but the players. (doors don't open, dinos don't move, etc)

The dino will spawn in front of you, but not move.
Then you can type dotame before it flys off, runs off, or eats you.

Then undo playersonly.

cheat gmsummon "Trkie_Character_BP_C" 100
This command spawn a tamed Trike, makes it lvl 150 (full affinity).
Command REQUIRES the quotes around the NPC file name.

Yeah i have 4 level 300 trikes lined up spartan like now infront of my base. I still travel on boat to collect metal from the distant metal node. I just learned my lesson now: Powerful predators will always close in on you because of the way dinos spawn nearest to you, you will gradually pull them to you and your base. By they I mean the nasties: Alphas and Rexes etc. It's only a matter of time until you draw them torward your base: the game only draws in the closest dino to you witch in turn draws the predators towards them thus inevitebly torwards you.

This is all offline expirience im sure online is different.

Or run away before you can get the tame command in. Getting a pteranadon with SpawnDino for instance is a challenge and a half.

But really, I see zero advantage to having a longer command with more typing that does the same as a shorter command. That doesn't mean the pipe symbol trick isn't a good one to know; on the contrary, it's fantastic. Just not needed in *this* situation.
