Why can't i register an account on survivetheark.com

When i try to log in with steam it says:
"Sorry, there is a problem
You are not permitted to register a user account with this site."

Same when i try Signing up without steam and using email only :/

I just sucessfully created an account so it must be a problem for you only.

If you have ever submitted a ticket, you may have to have a dev/mod take you off the blacklist.

Same for me , tried both steam and just register. As far as I know I've never put a ticket in to the dev's .

How do we even submit a ticket? Also, how do we get off the blacklist?

After i faild there was a link to contact someone because of this. Which i did. Didn't get an answer yet

Same rejection for me. Even with a computer science degree and working with them for decades I HATE the idiots that program them. The complete lack of feedback when denied is the pinnacle of brainless computer monkey kneejerking button pushing.
