Ark point system and kits?

Hi, I've recently noticed that some servers have point systems and starter kit scripts where you can type /kit starter and other various command-line functions to recieved in-game kits and gain points through an in-game point system.

I would like to provide my players with these options as well, as they seem very popular and useful to both new players and veterans alike.

Any tips on how to implement something like these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
