Ark Pokemon Mod

I have just started playing the Pokemon Mod... and after playing for about 4 hours I logged off and came back to it the next day, the server is gone. I can't access any Pokemon mods, but it sayd they are still working. I didn't use any cheats so i couldn't of been banned. Please help me on why this has happened?

No, it's not a joke. There is a pokemon mod, where you get Pokemon instead of Dinos

There're so many servers running this mod. You have to provide the name and/or IP address so we can have some vital clues before establishing a solution.

Another thing is you should contact the server admin/runner first. If no result then ask the community.

maybe the nerf made them close the server - who knows.
Or maybe there is a mod update and because of it - you wont see the server till they update.
Can be any reason.

It shouldn't be closed down.. It was made an official server... I hope it's just the updates...

Probably the server is down for maintenance. Usually, a game or server with "open alpha" in its description may be taken down for maintenance or testing for many times. I've encountered the same problem before, so it's not really a surprise to me.

I would never have a Pokemon mod, for good reason.

If he doesnt update all the mods you cant see the server. Thats the downside of unofficials. If the admins not active with the updates you cant play until he finally updates. And when theres many mods on a server you're gonna get a lot of updates.

Well, Pokemon mod in ARK right now does not provide any classic vanilla pokemon battle experience. Pokemons in the mod are just re-skined dinos. Nothing really special. I personally enjoyed this mod for a few hours but then lost interest in it.

If you want classic pokemon battle and breeding in a non-pokemon game then Pixelmon mod and Pixel Spark modpack of Minecraft is the closest one you can have.

I would recommend a player hosted server with the mod, the 'official' servers are already well established and ruled by the admins, or alpha tribes that know the admins, or in the case of PvE the servers are packed with structures to the point that performance is utter crap. I tried playing in that server you mentioned, I did not have a good time with it whatsoever as I was helplessly attacked over and over.
