How to delete saves?

I used to play single player but now I would like to wipe my current map and start it over again. How can I delete my saves to wipe my buildings, blueprints and all of my stuff, what let me start from the beginning?

Steam\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame and then the saved folder is your saves.

Yep, no prob. You can also log off and copy that saved folder every now and then in case you need to save scum. Every once in a while Ark throws something stupid at you, of course it's your call as to your threshhold of when to save scum. (a bronto stepping in front of me as I'm harvesting then him and his 4 pals laying waste to my dinos would be an example of me save scumming).

Does this work for mac as well because I cant seem to find steam apps.

you don't have to do that anymore. there is a little button next to saves with an x on it, click that and it will delete the world. hence why we don't necro threads--they're outdated with info. just click play local, and next to the worlds you have played, look for the icon.

There is a button in the sp menu. Right next to the map selection..
