I am the only one who would love the lance to do damage so you could use it against dinos?

I literally just made it for the first time on solo under the impression the massive metal spear propelled by a fast mount would hurt things. Another pvp only thing just because.

Yes, a million times, please give the lance damage. It makes sense given the progression of spear->pike->lance. Plus, there needs to be a good melee weapon mid game if you want to pump melee damage.

i find it strange that u can actually have the mantis wield the lance tho im not sure if it will do anything cause ik the scissors do absolute jack when it holds those
