Found a Unicorn but can't tame it?

I've found a unicorn and carried it off to my taming pen, but when I approach it, there's no option to feed it anything. Any ideas? I've tried stealthing, I dont know whether thats just not working, or whether the unicorn is still spooked or if that even matters.

Think you have to find a way to mount it.

You don't feed them to tame them.

You cannot feed them while they're spooked.

If you get in quick on them you can press to E to mount. In all likelihood in carrying it, you enraged it so you need to let it calm down then try again.

mount it, have the veggies or kibble in your 0 slot, when it tries to buck you, hit 0

at least I believe thats how its done

By this I meant not how you normally would by the way, was probably unclear.
Anyone know the location of these bad boys? As well as the answer to this?

same for me guys, i tryied for last 2 hrs lovely unicorn lvl 90 :/
most of the times, i didnt even had an option to feed it ... and then once this option popup but it didnt work at all... i have no clue... hopefully will still be there when my mate will login to try...
