What are the top 3 best berry gatherers?
Besides the Titanosaur and that one with a long tail that I always forget it's name, what are top 3?

Theriz is my go to. And trikes are easy to tame and gather well enough.

Stegos are my favorite, as they are really easy to tame, they are also quite adept with other dinos, as they have a large knockback.

Brontos and Thera's are very much top tier berry gatherers. There are others but I listed those two. Between either one you gather hundreds if not thousands in a short amount of time.

Bronto's, Stego's and Trikes are good. Trike especially early on since you can ride them earlier than others.

I've hear the Theriz is very good as Xyconis said, but I've never used one so I can't say from experience, plus they are harder to tame from what I've heard.

True. Stego is better at gethering and defending than trike. -nods- But if I recall, the saddle is learned so late that you might as well have a therin by then?

The torpor drain is fast and it's a long tame but totally worth it. They gather everything plant based so well.

Tbh, almost any herbivore is going to gather you more berries than you could possibly need. Stego's are good early game, big aoe, decent weight. Mammoths get loads and have a good weight. Rhinos can charge through bushes and gather like no one's business and have good weight. Bears have good weight and gather loads with the bonus of getting loads of fiber too. Theri's are probably best in the respect of when you're using the the berry gathering C attack, that's all they'll gather, with all the others you end up getting wood and thatch and other stuff from trees as well. It's really down to personal preference.

Chalicotherium...but much harder to tame than trike for example since he prefer beer which takes forever to made

Would you say on average that the bear is a fun and decent gatherer?

Bronto, Stego, Maybe Zino, if not trike

Bronto aoe is amazing but it moves slow as hell
DarthaNyan Mar 30, 2017 @ 1:38pm
Bears, Chalicos and Trikes. Everything else is either too slow or doesnt have weight/Aoe.

Ide say brontos for pure mass, stegos and ankys, both work great ia uses with a quetzal

i say the dire bear.
you can gather at full speed and it gathers quite a bit.

yes the bronto gets much more per swipe but is so ridiculously slow.

i can fill up a 600 weight bear in a minute or so where as the bronto takes 5 times that just to get there.
