How to tell what a mutation is?
I've got two animals with alleged mutations that I can't tell what they are. They have the same stats as their parents, and the same color as their parents. One of them came from a father with a yellow color mutation, but has an additional 2nd mutation I can't tell what it is.

Is this a bug or can color mutations stack on the same color region, resulting in one of them not showing? Or could the color mutation have ended up blending in with the parent colors (like Black mutation on black fur)?

OR would a stat mutation be such that it ends up looking like the same stat as one of its parents? (for example, one parent has 390% melee, the other has 313% melee, maybe the baby got 313% melee with stat mutation to elevate it to 390% melee?)

Mutations

They are bugged.
Inherited mutations add to the count.
So if it get the color from the parent, it will show 2 instead of 1.
Devs ruined that breeding stuff from the first day.
Cant see WHAT mutated, cant keep track if mutated again because bugged counter.
Have to do everything manual... it just sucks

that explains the one with color, but what about the other? It has 1 mutation, no stat boosted or odd coloring, and its parents had no mutations, as they were wild tamed
