No, you can't import element to different servers.

No Element cannot be transferred.

You can however use it for crafting crap and transfer that crap ;)
Thats what we do on SE since the Manticore can be soloed easy on hard mode and thus is the most rewarding endboss with the 190 element per kill and nothing crazy to summon it.

yea its good way to farm on SE but dont forget if you craft tek suit or gun you cant power it anywere else than SE if you dont have element in other server

If it is possible to transfer Tek Behemoth gate/gateways (dont require black pearls to build) or Replicator or Transmitter or Forcefield, then one can possibly demolish them on target server to get initial Element supply.

So one can say that element is transferable with 50% tax and some other resources.

just tested it in SP, you really dont get any element in return.
