how to get ark if I have it on xbox one? (play anywhere?)

I have never used the "play anywhere" option.. I do have ark on xbox one.. my gf plays it.. i would like to be able to play it on the pc? and its listed on xboxs website as avaliable games for "play anywhere" anyone know anything about it? how to get it?

Dude, we OWN the game. SE was an addon DLC/Expansion pack with a new map, new dinos, etc. All games now days have DLCs or expansions that cost money.

As for having to buy the game again after release, no. You don't. When you purchase an EA game, you get the FULL game at a discounted price because it's not done yet. So although the price will probably go up on release, we already own it. As for what the dev's have said about it, this is on the store page:

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“Yes, the game will be lower priced through Early Access, relative to its final full-version retail price.”

it seems to me they have alot of polishing to do.. i myself have not played it.. but I watch my gf playing on the xbox one and to ME it looks terrible.. the amt of motion blur alone almost makes me sick.. she has it turned OFF and its like motion blur city.. and the rubber banding is really bad.. to the point I dont know how she plays it.. i guess shes used to it.. I dont know if us having a 4K tv has something to do with it.. but it really does look bad.. it looks pretty fun.. I have not bought it on pc cause it seems like you have to have a really really good pc to play it.. so if I could get it for free with the play anywhere (not really free since we bought it on xbox one) then I would give it a go for a little bit.

Not trying to trash the game.. im sure all of you love it.. im partly bringing up the things to see if any of you on xbox notice these things.. or if its just me? when your rotating, slow or fast everything blurs.. i told her "turn off motion blur" she went to the options and it was turned off LOL and she will be running around.. cross a river and it will snap back and shes about 10 ft in front of the river when she had just crossed it... she only plays PVE I cant imagine trying to play PVP and those things happening.. i would rage LOL

As for motion blur on your partner's console when you load into the game there's a glitch that turns motion blur on every time you load in even though it reads as being clicked off. try turning it on and off again and then hit apply it should fix it if that doesn't work then it's something on your end.

genius you are! I had my GF try it, and your right.. I KNEW 100% that motion blur was turned on.. even tho it said off.. shes played it so much she dont even notice it.. but when I watch her play it, it literally makes me sick.. i CAN NOT stand motion blur.. why its a thing is beyond me.. but i had her enable it.. save it.. disable it, save it.. and now its finally off.. so you have to do that everytime you load the game?

why have they not fixed that yet? LOL anyways.. appreciate it.. foreal.. I like the new update that xbox got today.. but.. im off to play some battlegrounds.. if you guys are on console it should be coming.. its a really fun game.. player unknown's battlegrounds
