Is raw meat or cooked meat better for my dinos?
Is raw meat or cooked meat better for my dinos?
I have been looking for an answer to this but I cant seem to find one. I want to know because the raw meat spoils faster than the cooked meat. If cooked meat works better than I would totally use it over raw so I waste less.

Cooked is better because you stack30 not 20 and it goes off slower

Ya this, you need spoiled meat either way. If you are new I guess you might not have a ton of meat yet though....

Well I have been playing the singleplayer because my internet is crap and though I haven't played a lot I have been doing well. I have a fleet if pteranodons so I can transport things around fast. I just wanted to know if it was better to put cooked or raw meat in their inventory. I didn't know if cooked didn't give them back as much health or fill their hunger as much as raw. Oh also the whole cooking thing isn't something I am putting into account because the wood it takes to cook the meat is minimal compared to the time an effort I need to hunt for the meat if it keeps going bad.

If you tame a carnivore, like a raptor, the time needed to aquire meat is minimal. You can even tame a pack of them to make hunting easier.
