I`m on Ragnarok too and when i said afk and it fixes it, if i turn again it goes blurry again, we know WC have memory leak issues, and they do too, there is no solution till they fix that, people with different memory or 32gb don`t have this fault, Truesky is main problem forum posts have found, i just turned mine off and get black sky from time to time, but the blurring is less frequent now and if i look up i get 200+ FPS, thats no reflection on gaming but shows there was a problem with the sky
I have 64 gb of ram, truesky is off, get occasional blacksky, still have continual bluring of wood textures
I think it's indeed something like this. I play on high-epic and the textures always need some time to load in when you've just joined a server, but sometimes it's just not happening. Or it takes a longer time than usual.
Try this: Launch the game from the Steam Library and select the 'reset game resolution' option. At the title screen, go into options and make sure your resolution scale bar is set to full-right. Also, set the screen resolution and windowing settings back to whatever was comfortable for you before.
