Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Windows Test-Signing Mode not supported. ARK SURVIVAL EVOLVED

what OS are you using, what have you tried so far? Have you tried to disable test signing via BCDEDIT command?

have you tried to uninstall battle eye (right click on ARK in steam library and choose to uninstall it), then reboot your PC and install it again?

Went to the FAQ page on the Battleye site, they had this little blurb:

When launching the game I get a “Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Windows Test-Signing Mode not supported.” error. How can I solve this?

Please disable test-signing mode by following this guide: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2509241. Alternatively you can follow the manual instructions provided here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff553484%28v=vs.85%29.aspx. If you are using hardware that requires driver signature enforcement to be disabled please check the vendor’s website for newer drivers. Unfortunately, due to our goal to provide the most effective protection possible we cannot support systems running in test-signing mode in any way. We ask for your understanding.

You might try turning off the "Driver Signature Enforcement" feature. (It solved a similar problem I had for a VPN.) It's a bit of a headache though, and you have to do it every time you boot/reboot your system.

ok people, been trying to load battleye and its a piece of something a dogs left on my shoe, been through the discussions on here and the web and only find DISABLE TEST SIHNING MODE.. well heres the kicker, i have, and it still says the same damn thing, any suggestions on how to fix this other than with a sledge hammer and a flame thrower?
