Fix for stamina still draining on 0.0?

Several months back, I was playing on single player from time to time with my stamina drain set to 0 so that I could sprint fly across the map and just see what all was around.

I updated my game this week to start playing again and noticed that 0.0 still drains sprinting stamina while flying these days. I saw a few posts of people complaining about the same thing, but no fixes. Are there any mods or other fixes I could use to rectify this issue?

maybe but i wouldn't hold my breath for an official fix been waiting for one of those since 2015

If you are in SP (SIngle Player), just hit Tab and type in "infinitestats". Taht'll give you zero stamina drain.

try 0.000001 maybe they made 0 an override

makes no difference what numbers you put in i've tried everything from 0.000001 to 0.1 and you still use stamina.
the only way to not use stamina is by using the infinitestats command

if the devs would acknowledge they made some sort of mistake which ruined the games ability to use the stamina drain setting via the .INI file when they released the Giganotosaurus and fix it it would make a lot of people happier

That's a shame, too. Some of us wanna be able to fly all over without full on cheating.
