Why do people assume that hardware issues are always the games fault? This forum is full of kids who don't understand hardware.

Sort out the cooling in your case.

If a game needs more power than others (ARK), then it creates more heat inside your pc. More heat = fans have to run faster = more noise.
So absolutely normal...

That is something you have to deal with unfortunately unless you are willing to switch out the components in question that are causing the noise. Chances are it's either your CPU cooler or your graphics card fan/s that are the issue.

this game makes my cpu go up tp 89c. i have dual 1070's and only 1 of them gets hot, i have each of my fans going up to 3335 R.P.M just to keep them down to 40 C.

Ark makes my laptop's gpu go up to 94c. I'm sure it would go higher, but I shut it down just to make sure nothing gets melted.

My problem: My laptop needs torn apart and repasted.

My solution: tear apart my laptop and repaste the heatsinks (which im too lazy to do atm).

Result: I don't play Ark on my laptop.

Make sure you kill as many Dimetrodons and Kairikus as you can find, their body heat adds up and makes your hardware struggle. Especially on the center map where I had so many Dimetrodon spawns, my CPU caught on fire!

Dont ever ask for help on steam, you get a bunch of no lives who know a thing or two about computers and think they're the ♥♥♥♥, and do the complete opposite of helping, its probably because they never achieved anything in life and this is their only achievement ever so they have to belittle people to make themselves feel somewhat worthy.
