Value is constantly going up because black pearls are a core ingredient for TEK Tier items like the transmitter, the replicator, the armors, the weapon...

It will only get higher and higher with the new patch end of this month xD

Regular pearls should never be hard to get. It's fairly easy to get a few thousand per hour.
