Mating Rexes but no fertilized eggs drop

2 Times mating with egg drops where ok, since last 4 times mating Rexes but no fertilized egg drops, whats wrong??? Timer goes to 14hrs en see nothing, whats wrong? Nice breed event, NOT, wasted time on 4 high lvl rexes now and must wait until timer is reset for the next mating proces.

This happens alot think ive already had 3 eggs not drop today , long standing bug that the dev team wont look at.

too many dinos in the area, mate them elsewhere.

nope even happens when they are the only 2 dinos around, its just a random lag that happens at the end, no animation happens, no fert egg but cd timers are there as if they are mated.

this happen to me too, sometimes the bar is very slow like with lag, anothers the egg fall underground or the egg is just floating in the sky next to the rex's, but if you are lucky when the egg "fall" (when the bar is full) you need to leave the render distance like with a fliyer and then when you are back the egg is in the ground like normal fertilized eggs

There is a cap of 6 eggs from the same species wtihin render-range. So if you mate your rexes, be sure to collect all the regular rex eggs otherwise the mating will succeed, timer will reset but the egg will fail to drop as it would exceed the cap.

No, only eggs dropped by dinos (which exclude drop from a dino's inventory). You can drop hundreds of eggs yourself, but tamed dinos won't lay more than 6 eggs at once which include fertilized ones.

Hello Everyone,
Did someone find a way with the drops?
The other day I breed 14 rexies and only got 10 eggs out of all of them cause the other 4 did not want to lay the eggs .. Yesterday I had the same prob with the same rexies and only got 4 out of all of them and this morning after our server was of for the updating to be installed, I did not get one egg today out of 14 dinos... i have tried with 3 different males.. and moved them... We cant wait every 24 hours just for a egg and then nothing comes out.

Leave your base till its unloaded.... come back.... breeding works again.

When this issue occurrs, then no of the dinos lay any fertilized eggs, not only the Rexes.
Just leave your base and come back.

Also, you might try scouting around to see if the egg dropped somewhere nearby. Sometimes my rexes drop (unfertilized) eggs that get catapulted into the sky and land somewhere nearby, even on top of the building they are standing next to. Check a circle of about 20 foundations radius. I've not seen it happen with fertilized eggs yet, but wouldn't be surprised.
