Help please, black loading screen.

Well i've been playing the game for a few days now, but i keep getting this problem where when i start the game it loads and on the bottom it says primal game data. However after 30-40 sec the screen turns black. I still see the primal game data text on the bottom but it doesnt load anymore. this forces me to sign out via ctrl alt del. besides that i am not able t do anything. I looked up a solution and found out that deleting gameusersettings works for fixing this problem, however i have to delete it everytime when i want to play the game, the problem with this is that when i do that i have to w8 20 minuted be4 the game starts and i can play it. My game laptop should be able to run this game without any problems. So please help me.

List of the specs:
Nvidia geforce gtx 960m
Intel core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
8GB ram
win 10 64x

The problem is not that the game loads slow, the problem is that the game crashes please help.

Put the game on an SSD. Problem solved.

The game on a regular hard drive takes AGES to load, more so if you have a HDD with slow write speed. Your issue isn't a graphics card/cpu issue, it's a load issue.

thats not true mine take less then 1m to load, and about 10 seconds to exit.
If he can increase the ram to 16 he will notice a huge diference to load the game.

since i bought this game i have had problems, first off i coulndt close the game properly. Like it crashed my whole laptop when i tried to close it properly, now i press exit to main menu, quickly alt tab out of the game and close it with task manager. after a few times it crashed my laptop again and ever since then i have this problem. Be4 the blackscreen problem my game would load in 1-2 minutes so its not the hdd.

i bet you anything it load but you decide not to wait even you did say "The problem is not that the game loads slow, the problem is that the game crashes please help".
If you want to do a small test;
start game and wait to load, on mechanical hdd it will be about 10 minutes, on 5400rpm laptop hdd even more.
When the game load (it will, just be patient) open console and type
saveworld
destroywilddinos
exit
Now turn game on again and load again, does it load faster ?

i've w8ed a whole night didnt do anything. when i say crash i mean crash.

back-up your save (zip, rar, whatever...)
delete save
start new char
does it load ?

are you loading any moda in single player at all?? when i use to play single player without mods itd take about 5 to 10 mins to load and with mods it was about 10 to 15 mins depending what i was loading in mod wise.. i would definately wait a while and see if the game loads at all.. also if anything you can go to properties for the game and verify game files under local files too see if that helps at all

i have mods indeed and i have done thet verify thing notithing worked though :/

like i said i have to delete the save every time for it to work. like everytime. if i quit the game and start back up again i have to do it
