hey, at least an item taht gives you a minute of stun immunity to get out of it, but like OH, no i got stuck cant do ♥♥♥♥ gg.

Strategy is not even part of the equasion when there is no information given on how to avoid being stun locked in the first place, not even on the Dossier

further more, you're basically being forced to get a whale to farm black perls now since on my server THEYRE EVERYWHERE, i mean i must of seen over 100 of them on PG

that's just bad devlopment no "strat" invovled there should not be forced to use certain things, the player should always have diversity. reguardless of the mob or situation.

That's why after every single patch, I test everything on single player so I don't lose my ♥♥♥♥ on official, get salty, and ♥♥♥♥♥ on the threads.

Salty? rofl im not a 10 year old hipster, and no I'm not "mad" if that is what you're implying, just a lil annoyed about adding such a creature that would have no demishing returns as most rpgs would.

As of right now.... yes. It's a strategy, is it not?

What was the strategy before parachutes, when you got picked? Die, right? Now you have 3 options; parachute, tek boots, or die.

Those content updates sure are nice.

I think you forgot the 4th: grappling hook :)

@Epikas Jones, bring an arbalet and kill them instead of waiting your dino dies ;)

And the 6th, place a sleeping bag just a second before you hit the ground and immediately respawn where you died

Use a Basil (Whale), they're immune.
It brings more variety to the game when each Dino has a purpose.
This particular change is the opposite -- all water creatures are becoming purposeless except the one immune to the game-breaking attacks. This is gradually becoming the case on land too, but less so, since Wildcard's schoolboy-crush on dismount-and-stun hasn't taken over land quite as much as the sea... yet.

Atm all Waterdinos whos not immune against Jellyfish or Eels are Useless. Jellyfish make Mosas Useless because they are always in Perma Stun. The new Eels make Tuso useless too because they Stuck in your Tuso and perma Stun you so you can't attack. I love the Ocean. I was lot hours in Water since Plesio Release but this ♥♥♥♥ broken the Ocean Complete.

This pretty much sums it up and can't be argued with, you bring immune whale herds with you to hunt black perls or kiss all your dinos goodbye cause they aint gettin outa that stun. and before they do they will indeed get zerged by everything imaginable since sea has reidiculous aggro levels. all it takes is 2 eels to be stunlocked and usally there is more than one around.

And even if it is one, he can still lock all your dinos down enough for you to be killed by everything else since your knocked off and cant get on = 3000 armor 50+ fort or you're dead anyways.

nope, passed out to max torpor and dead within 15-20secs tops, wearing journy flak and 40 fort. 500 hp, apparently thats scrubish I suppose. - rolls eyes- , So with that information as I stated above one would of probably needed 3000 armor and at least 50+ fort to of bowed them and even then I doubt it unless youre using like some godly 400% ascendant bow.

But then again this is using my own senario of what happened, which from what I saw before I passed out looked to be 2 eels and 2 plesios was actually at the top of the water calling him,(for like the whole 5 secs that I managed to get away) but of course the stun never ended. nothing anyone could of done.

The eels are just annyoing. You don't have an option to avoid them, just the same as with the jellyfishes ... at least as long the game is so laggy. You got hit without having a chance to defend or counterattack. Then the mosas got stun locked for a while .... and you have to hang around in the water until the mosa has killed all that stuff.

So you finally are forced to do permanently breaks for a few mins in the water ... that's no real gaming benefit to my mind ... it just annoys me and leads me to the point to drop all water-dino/ocean stuff ... it's more or less destroying a part of the game.
