Does the Lymantria's attack deal any damage?

Read on the wiki that it does 18 base, but didn't see anything about it being a "coded value but doesn't do damage" like a Diplodocus. Anyone know if it does damage or not?

slow-down effect is tied with SE map ? bcz, i didn't see any slow-down effects on Island (got some workshop mod, not owning SE dlc)
Best thing i could think of it is; i have added Lymantria saddle to green beacon as some sort of early game flyer...but damn, that thing is slow :)
