Before i buying, can i play this game?
with spec :
amd fx 4300
radeon rx 460 2gb
8 gb ram

You'll be fine.
I have the same CPU, GTX1060 and 16g, and get 40-60 fps on ultra 1080.

You should get by fine with a strategic combo of Med,High and Ultra settings.

Woah woah woah. You were asking about the CPU, and this person responded that you will be fine on the basis that you both have that CPU and he runs the game fine, but what you both need to understand is that between the CPU, RAM and GPU, for Ark the CPU is the least important. His graphics card is significantly better tahn yours and he has twice the RAM. Those things will make a huge difference. Do not be misled into the notion that the game will run fine just because of your CPU.

He's spending so much time tailoring that he can't spend any time checking the time that comments were posted.

The tribe log exists, you'd see if one died.
Unless you filled it all up with your deaths, that is.
