Dinos going crazy

This is Single Player.
I have a medium sized, square(ish) base consisting of 1 high wood windowframes.
I have 2 T-Rex guarding the gate.
There are a number of dinos inside the base which I use for gathering and I want them to stay away from the base walls, so I heard then 1 by one (about 8 in total) so they're in the middle and out of each others' way. As you can imagine this takes a lot of time.
Even when wandering is disabled and set to Passive whenever say a Scorpion (or any other dino) comes up to the wall it plays the Battle music and they ALL GO CRAZY charging to the wall to attack it (even my Passive female sheep thing). Then they are all bunched up and blocking each other (and often the gate or crates) So I have to move them all again.
5 mins later.... SAME AGAIN!
How can I tell them to "Stay where I put you and do not move under any circumstances"?

should be passive, its a glitch mate - early acces, restart the game or wait till next patch

Are you manually setting to passive/neutral etc or whistling?

Manually. I only ever whistle if I'm far away from base and I cant reeach my bird.

My neutral dinos attack anything that attacks any of my dinos (or that my plant X turrets attack).
My passive dinos dont move.
Pulling them apart after something gets in my base is a pain.

Build your walls 3 high and around 3 foundation widths away from your dinos and they dont seem aggro.

I had a simmlar thing on official pve, set them all to: not listen to group whistle and passiv, solved the prob with all go crazy on passiv ( feeled like some thing has whisled them to the crowded place). Always remember them not listening to group whistles if you'rre out with some ^^
