Baryonyx doesn't eat after unconscious for a while

Hi,

I did find a Baryonyx lvl 112, grabbed him with my Argentavis and threw him in my taming pen. I started hunting for some Sabertooth Salmons, and after like half an hour i stuffed him full of food. (raw prime fish, because the wiki says that is his preferred food) And then, when he only ate 3-6 of them, he stopped eating them. And when i checked his food, it was 3098/6000. Is this a bug, or am i doing something wrong? (im playing on a SP world)
