Textures not loading on Volcano Map, even when Epic quality?

As the title says, it seems that as of the last couple of days, my textures don't load, even when ever option has been both optimized or set manually to epic and verified to be set as desired.

Even with these verifications though, it seems that my textures don't seem to load. Ground textures, walls, and any and all dinosaurs are all using low quality textures.

Repeated file verifcations, optimizations, and in-game graphic changes to Epic quality all result in no change.

What has changed within this past week, to cause this? There were zero problems last week, and now... I don't know. I'm offically stumped.

Anyone with any ideas?

Using the "reset resolution" option when you launch the game seems to fix the textures not loading issue.
