Silica Pearls
Hi! I'm pretty tired of swimming into the deep with a Megladon to find silicia pearls and always getting killed by several Megladons or mosasaurs. So I'm wondering if there's another way of getting pearls than going down in the deep? Or If you have any good ''common'' spawning spot for trilobites? (Can't manage to find any of them near my house either, I live right over the dead island.) Thank you for the help!

Dead Island and Carno Island are the same thing, a quick google search would have found this as the #1 result:

http://ark.gamepedia.com/Dead_Island

and I needed to search it because? I thought the name was Carno Island and that dead island was on the center, the only reason to search a name is if I don't know the name, and in that case I would have looked it up.

no probs, didn't know it was confusinng
A lot of places have different names, including both the official in-game name (which you may or may not see when holding H, and which may or may not appear on maps) and names that people have commonly taken to calling things. That big crescent island in the far southeast is widely called Herbivore Island (even though it has pteranadons on it, which aren't herbivores) though H just calls it an unknown region (unless they fixed that recently), but I've heard it called a handful of other things. It's just how like Obelisks are sometimes called spires, and Beacons are sometimes called supply drops or air drops, etc. It's an inevitable consequence of the fact that there's little in-game official naming; it's not like in an MMO where when you get to a place there's a name on your screen. Don't get concerned about people who are critical if you don't know a name that's widely used -- but do get in the habit of checking things like the Wiki and Google in case the name happens to be widely used.
Abundant and easy to collect on Scorched Earth once your established ... Then transfer them over. Same for Oil. Thats the best advice your going to get

Pearls can also be found on the small ice platforms of a few of the frozen sea cliffs. If your going for organic poly/oil/pearl in one trip.
The aforementioned NW icy inlet is where I get mine early game, when i dont have fortitude bumped yet. There are 6 nodes in the pond/stream and then maybe a dozen in the shallow water under the broken ice next to it.

So it's like in the shatterd ice in water? or around where the penguins live?

I ran the area again after posting, and got nearly 30 nodes at the 36, 17 co-ords. Here is a link to great map to use when tracking things down. http://ark.gamepedia.com/Resource_Map_(The_Island)

Thank you so much! It's the most easiest, least dangerous and least time spending advice! Thank you!
