Tree Sap Taps broke?

As the subject implies. Are they broke for normal Ark?? Haven't gotten any sap from 8 taps and it's been 4 days.

Are you close to the taps or are they in the redwood while you're back at your base on the other side of the island?

Pretty sure that's too far away. You are aware of the stasis thing yes? When you get too far away things get unloaded?
I have the same issue with the beer barrels.

I assume it's a bug because crops still work.

I have the same thing. Had 12 old taps. They still work fine. They produce sap while I am there and when I am gone. I put 24 new taps up two days ago. They don't produce anything. They are all in the same area.

Beer barrels don't stasis...lol.

Generators, beer barrels, fabricators, smithys, etc all work even when theyre not "loaded" by someone being near by.

Unless you're playing singleplayer and logging off.

It was the only explanation I had. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.

It has to do with new ones that are recently placed. The 12 I placed 2 months ago work fine. They reload with 20 Sap every couple of hours, regardless if anyone is on the server or not. They are sitting right next to the 24 new ones I placed and none of the new ones have produced a single Sap yet.

Seems that now you have to access them atleast once before they start working.
