Wood texture doesn't seem to fully load
The textures for most everything else seems fine. My stone foundations look fine. My wood walls, preserving bin, and storage box all look like I have textures on low settings. I've played around with graphic settings to no avail. Not sure what else to do.

Would appreciate some advice. Using a GTX 770 if that helps. Updated to latest drivers.

I've been having the same issue for the past week or so. I've noticed that if I remove an item, a well for example, everything connected to it returns to normal. Problem is, it doesn't last.

I've got a GTX 960

Hmm. Do you have GeForce Experience installed?

Its probably running out of gpu memory or something. Thats usually what causes this or ram. My 780ti had this problem when I had a lot of structures and mods installed. Random things would appear low res like walls or furny or floors.

So used to playing with mods that I hadn't even considered them. While my GPU usage didn't seem to change removing mods did fix the issue. I'll start adding them back and see which one caused the issue.

I'm not certain the problem is with mods, or even a memory issue..I can save in an area with only a very small wooden house, leave the game, then reload, and the problme is still there.

Now, if it is a mod issue, the only one I can think is causing it is Structures Plus and the others like it. Problem is, it doesn't seem anyone else is having problems with it. Also, the problem only started happening recently and I've had my current list of mods for quite some time.

My current mod list is:
Structures Plus
Pillars Plus
Platforms Plus
Big Storage Bins
Taming Sedative
Stargate Atlantis

Out of your list the only mod we have in common is Stargate. That is one of the ones I removed and haven't put back. if your world is relatively empty just remove all mods and see if that fixes the issue. Then just add one back at a time till it breaks again.

Ok, I solved the problem for myself, though it might not help anyone else.

Last night, for the first time ever, the game crashed on me. The error I got was low memory. I thought this was a fluke, I KNOW I didn't run out of memory. I relaunched the game and 15 minutes later it happened again, out of memory error. I was really stumped, I have 16 gb installed. I've checked reapeatedly with the game running and never saw myself come close to running out of memory. This is why I thought that for me this was not a memory issue.

Turns out I had -lowmemory included in the command line in the Steam launch options. I'd feel really stupid right now if it wasn't for the fact that I have no memory of changing anything there, otherwise that is the first place I would have checked. Since it was there, I must have done it over a year ago when I still had my old computer and completely forgotten about it, at least I assume there is no other way for it to be there.

Needless to say, emoving that command has fixed everything for me, and mods are not an issue.
