Can I run an ark server on this?

Hello, I have a Dell precision t7400 and I was wondering what If it is anywhere close to being able to host an ark server for up to 4 people? I really hope this is an extra machine that you have laying around. I don't even think the game would run on it. As for a server, it might for 4 ppl, but it will probably be very laggy.

It's on par with wildcard official servers.. lol (it's a joke btw Toilet_Duck93) it would definetly need more ram and the CPU is really slow so the server framerate will suffer and everybody will alg

This is just an old pc I found in the garbage and I figured the quickest way to find out if it would run is to ask. Also it has two identical quad core processors so could I tweak it to use all eight cores or would that not help? It deffinatly needs more ram. I'm thinking like 8 gigs, or should I go more?

Server needs 8gb+ ram. Your CPU may be okay but a 2.8ghz+ dual or quad is preferred.

I have ran 5 servers off 6 different set ups and I use ark server manager.

Atm I'm running server off a i7 3.4 quad 8 threads & 16gb ram, server doesn't need a gpu.

The first few were on a 2.8 dual 8gb ram. It could support up to 8players before it got choppy. I changed rams around and CPU a few times to try and get it better but the dual core couldn't do more than 10 players. The CPUs were 2.8, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.4 all duel core.

I built a computer to run my server. i5 3.4 quad 4 threads & 8gb ram. It could do 20-30 players before it got choppy but I'm pretty sure that was my interent not being good enough.
