Giant Bee Honey
Does anyone besides me, think it should be used for more things? Perhaps more kibble on dinos, ateable, etc.

Dude that would be amazing if that works!!

I know Teradon's are attracted to it. You just need to get it close enough to quetz I bet to draw them down. Most dinos will go for it with no concern for whatever is near. Not tried quetz though, I know raptors don't seem to like it though.

How would you do it though, i feel you would need to find one close to a mountain, because it has to be place for them to be attracted to it

Its a tossable item. I'm guessing if you had an argent or something that you could carry a person to toss the item into the air it might work, Heck even if you had to build a wood tower up into the air to reach it, it would be worth it.

..... beer.

need more recipes with rewarding benifits. also need more veg & fruits.

such as:

apple trees
orange trees
peach trees
squash
grapes = wine & raisens
almonds = instead of always carrying meat how about trail mix

can go on but I think the food could use abit of an upgrade.

Sure we can cook or craft cook and make a sh*t ton of soups.

I just think there could be more options to break the boring mold.

also spices with very strong benifits, if spices even make it into Ark Evolved.

how about cinnamon w/honey & oats a food when consumed fights off hunger for a long time.

It could definetly make solo quetz taming 10 times easier, the whole grapple an argent method was laggy and didnt work very well.

It also /might/ work as titan bait. Brontos really like it so you could finally use this to lead them from your base.

Yeah but i feel like by the time people are going to be geared enough to tame a bee, kiling a bronto wouldnt be an issue, because taming those suckers aint simple unless you have lots of time, and bug spray.

^^^^ It shouldn't spoil at all!!!! There have been sealed urns of honey retrieved from ruins a couple thousand years old that are still 100% edible.

Actually they eat rare flowers and the attack bees are not to hard to kill. Best method I feel would be to find one and try to build a box around it (Anyone know if these appear on the ground, or if they are always in trees?) They themselves seem passive, its the small ones that are a bit annoying but a sword or something can kill them quickly and the bee is almost always very low level so she should be quick to tame.

Completely agree. I'm a hobbyist gardener / bee enthusiast. Honey last like YEARSSSSSS even jus sitting in a jar in the cabinet. I know people have been getting on WC about their changes and choices, but this just seems... unrealistic.

For the record. It appears that quetz are somewhat attracted to honey. I summoned one then tossed out honey and it hung around the spot for a while randomly moving about getting the honey I tossed out as a wild quetz.
Hauler Bob May 6, 2017 @ 10:31pm
Honey should be more dino's "other" kibble, should be used in more recipes, should have a longer time, should be another healing brew etc
Garick May 6, 2017 @ 10:33pm
Quetz do in fact like honey. I just spawned in more and they hung around on the ground for quite a while getting the honey.

Is anyone else upset that the queen bee do not spawn worker/guard bees when you attack a tamed bee hive? Kind of silly.
