Host Havoc How to add custom map

I have my own server from Host Havoc and i wanted to add custom map (Iso:Crystal Isles)
But i just can't get it to work. I have downloaded the map and added it to first on Active mod list on gameusersetting.ini.
When i try to connect on the server it always says Network failure. I tried it with default The Island map and then server work just fine , so it has to be something to do with that custom map and settings. Any help please?

why ask here? Check the Knowledge base. It's all there. you could also submit a ticket for help.
I've been using them off and on for a couple years and I've never had to post here for help

I did check Host Havoc's the Knowledge base and didn't find any help there

go in the command line , i alway pass by there , you need to change the map name to the one of iso ( i dont know what it is ) and that its , no mod id for the map ... only for the MODS , then , you go in the mods updater and HERE you use the mod id of the map to download the file on your server and that its
your command line should look by default : ''theisland?Gamemodids= etc ... '' simply change the island for the one of your map

you still could have submitted a ticket and got your answer a lot faster than you would here . . . and since you posted this 5 hours ago you would have been back up and running in less than an hour most times.

Well ive help him but he is right , myself i got à lot of answer from Havoc support its good pointing this out i think ... Its good to learn thing by yourself ... What is better : know how to survive or know someone Who know.. aniway this guys probable got His answer by now from host Havoc or from m'y answer , and you ? How you are contributing to answer His question ? Lol this damn forum... Oh and before you ♥♥♥♥♥ m'y english , sorry , im not english just in case.

Hey I know you guys are a bunch of smart a** but I need some help on host havoc I am trying to load steam maps for ark like crystal Isles but its not working what are the steps in adding the this map I have tried everything and spoke with the people on host havoc they can't figure out why its not loading.
