Issues with the Artifact Archaeologist achievement

I did all eight caves in a single player world and got all the artifacts but it didn't give me the achievement, is this happening to anyone else? if anyone could please help it is the last achievement i need for the game.

It´s a long standing issue..well known..

i am aware now sadly, you think they could just add something that gave you the achievement when you had all eight or ten artifacts at once

Probably won´t happen. As with most of the longstanding bugs, they ignore it pretty much.
I guess they will fix all these bugs as soon as all the content is in, if this ever happens.
I suggest you wait until this game is finished, then read the forum in order to make sure this bug is fixed and then try it again.
