Factors that affect the rating for Studio Wildcard include:
Length of time business has been operating
3 complaint(s) filed against business
Failure to respond to 3 complaint(s) filed against business

means nothing - people complain about anything these days.
And ive said it before - i dont care to much for WC - i care about the game.
They can all be ex mass murderers for all i care.

Plus most new/small companies now don't bother with the BBB, they see no need to be bothered with them.

For the most part I don't blame them, the BBB has no teeth or any real power.

Plus companies that make WC and IBM look like saints have good scores (think of the worst banks, etc... yet look at their scores)

Think about that for a minute. All they had to do was respond to 3 complaints and resolve them to get a grade of A and they were unable to do so.

Just read the complaints - they are nothing that could not of been sorted out on the forums.
Now compare how many people play ark - 7 complaints on that site is nothing.

anyone with common sense can see the reviews and complaints are trash... which means the BBB review is worthless as well (much like the BBB in general )

Their reputation is well deserved. They did a lot to earn it.

No one ever goes by BBB especially for Internet based companies. BBB is mostly for local businesses and property. Reason its F is because WC has better crap to do than to answer whiner complaints about how they can't handle the game. Those same complaints are here on the forums day in and day out, and are not even close to legitimate complaints about Wildcard.

I mean blizzard has A+ even with near 400 some-odd complaints because they probably have 1 single person, that they can afford to hire this guy, to monitor all review channels and respond accordingly.

Speak for yourself. I pay close attention to all the information available on a company I do business with and the BBB is one such source. When it's your own money, it does matter, when it's your parent's money, probably not.
