Settings not saving?

Soooo my single player settings keep changing for some reason back to their old settings for some reason? I put the volume all the way down, change the resistance multiplier and whatnot but it keeps going back to my original settings I had them at whenever I log out and back in.

sounds like something got corrupted. in your \steam\ steamapps\ common\ ark\ shootergame\ saved folder try deleting both the config and localprofiles folders. your player data and world will still be there as they are saved in the savedarkslocal folder.

1. go to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
2. Uncheck all the read only boxes of the .ini files
