Q is supposed to do that.
(Snap points are wonky at best in general though, prepare for it to be a battle either way.)

Constant battle, especially when I'm dropping the foundations to sit lower on my rafts.

Apologies for the necro, but this is one of the first hits for a Google search on the topic, and it took a frustratingly long amount of time for me to discover an answer for this.

If you've rebound the Q key, it most likely will have wiped out the keybind for this. The Input.ini doesn't show entries for unbound options, so it's not even clear what the bind was supposed to be. After resetting my bind file, I found that the entry you are looking for is:

ActionMappings=(ActionName="GiveDefaultWeapon",Key=Q,bShift=False,bCtrl=False,bAlt=False,bCmd=False)

If you've rebound Q and this entry no longer exists in your Input.ini, add it back in to your Input.ini and set it to whatever key you prefer for rotating snap points (I set it to V). I don't know why there isn't a dedicated keybind for that function, but that's just Wildcard being Wildcard, I guess.

Hey, I wasn't able to get this working. Although I had rebound the key, the Input.ini files both still listed it as Q (Which obviously it isn't) so i rebounded it to something else and it still didn't work. Coud you send the location of the ini file you edited to get this working? :)

I edited mine at ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini

If it helps anyone now, you can change it in game. Look for "Toggle Fists" in your keybinds. It's shares it's bind with that.
