Stuck at level 90
Did something change with the levels?

I went to level up from 89 to 90 and my character successfully turned 90 but my exp bar still shows full and did not reset like normal.

ascension happened, in order to progress further you must do the ascension level 3 times at an increased difficulty level each time. at the end of easy lvl you will gain 5 lvls and the choice of keeping or restarting ur character and so on for all 3 levels.

no, ascension allows you to go past lvl 100.

it's actually a good question. on one serveur i'm playing on (and just that one) we are stuck at lvl 85 before ascension; 90 with ascension gamma.
but still it's a problem since lvl 100 is required for alpha ascension and some items like super tranqs are lvl 96 so beyond lvl beta ascension.

i believe it's a question about resetting level options in serveur settings and eventually any mods that could modify it before ascencion patch and then reinstall so said mods. but i couldn't get in touch with that serveur admin so i can't confirm it. specially since that serveur doesn't have any lvling modifier mod, but i don't know about serveur options.

I had to set max player level to 115 to get characters to level to 100. Default now minuses 15 levels from max from your game settings. Hope that helps.

i am using Ark Server Manager and had custom Engram/Levels turned on. After resetting that section to defaults my levels went from 105 to 115 and when i logged in it fixed my level so i can now proceed to level 91.

It looks like they added 10 levels so this explains why i had a problem.

For anyone else having this issue with Ark Server Manager this should fix your problem.

i did just turn off custom engram so i only need to wait for my server to restart. ill tell you if this works :D

Try achieving tek cave, until that's done, lvl 100 is max, then u can unlock 105, 110, 115
