Installing the Denpasoft version help

So, I bought the adult version of the game off of the denpasoft website and I've been having issues installing the game, and the support from denpasoft is unbearably slow. So I thought to see if I could maybe find some help here, the problem is, The files will not open after I download them. I have WINRAR downloaded and it worked for the first game but it seems different for this one. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

Did you make sure to download all files to the same location, then ONLY extracted the first one?

What do you mean? extracted the installer?? and it's not working with winRAR either it seems.

Must've remembered it wrong. In that case, it should work if you run the installer after downloading all files to the same location.

Just had a look at my download. If WinRAR doesn't support this format, use 7-Zip. That's what I did.

Sorry to keep asking questions but, how did you download it on 7zip? what are the steps?

Huh? Didn't you already download the files? 7-Zip is an achiving program, not a download manager.

Just put all the files in the same location, then use 7-Zip to extract the one with the .zip extension. That should give you everything.
