You can just copypasta the files and it works. You won't have the extra scences replacing the sexual content, but you'll have the uncensored version on steam.

Crafting them works, ofc. Can't confirm this for the 3 drops you get from playing because I got the drops before I 'patched' my game but since you run the correct .exe via steam it should work too.
