Visual Novel Resources (character art, backgrounds, music, etc.)

*We need your help, feel free to post any sites you have found to be helpful for backgrounds, music, or characters and as long its not from somewhere that would be a conflict in interest we will add it to the main post.

So some of you writers or programmers may not be skilled in art or just do not have the time to make your own content for the game so here is a couple sites we recommend for getting your visual novel started (we will continue to update this as we are made aware of more resources)

PLEASE NOTE: make sure that when using content you find out on the internet that the permissions match your projects; there are many "free" images and music that you can use for your personal use but not for commercial so when it doubt do not use it or make sure to ask the owner of the content before using it.

I have found that many of the resources on this post are active but I am looking for Monster Sprites. Things like Wendigos, Werebears, Wyverns, Zombies and such. Does anyone know where to find them?

I only use stock that allows modification and commercial use, hence, my graphics are safe in terms of copyrights and game developers can use them in their commercial games. I keep prices very low, as I know, most indie game studios lack funding. Could you add my links to the list, please?

I would love a good character generator that you can use for commercial use. I know of a few but they are very expensive or not the style I need.
