Just as a warning, no one can use those sprites or any of the assets from bassnovel OUTSIDE of bassnovel. You can use them for BassNovel projects, but other than that, you aren't allowed to use them. People have gotten reported for using just one or two sprites from them, so just be wary.
Tokudaya sprites are in PSD form. You import them to whatever image manipulation program you are using and then create PNG images from them. TyranoBuilder (as far as I'm aware) does not have the ability to import PSD's straight up like that.

Please note:
I have only used the 'Random Charset' option for around 30 minutes before posting this, so fogive my ignorance of any functions or options I have not mentioned here as I am completely new to this program.
Yes, I have tested it and saved Sprites can be imported to Tyranobuilder.
Features:
Multilingual interface, lots of different Sprites, Male and Female, young and adult, not posable but at least one has a couple of arm positions.
Lots of facial expressions, eye types, hair, outfits, some animal parts, emotions, effects, and accessories.
You can change the color of eyes, hair, nails, lips, skin, and certain clothing including custom color selection.
I am not an Artist, so I NEED something like this and despite the fact I would have liked to have a few different poses, I think the ability to change facial expressions should suffice.
I just downloaded it tonight and already I'm feeling like I can continue my VN project with confidence (until tonight I've been stuck due to lack of appropriate Sprites to use)
I hope this helps at least one other non - Artist.

Well there are two parts that could be the source of the malware that hit you if it was from Sound Cloud
1) the sound files, these would likely be old school malware viruses and also be unlikely.
2) The website (Sound cloud itself) where you got the files from, and this one is more likely since web browser security tends to be weak as s**t allowing js to silently run OS level commands and instructions through the browser.
Simple rules for safer web browsing;
1) Never use a MicroSoft made browser (They tend to have the weakest security) if using a Windows OS
2) Add security Add-ons to your web browser (i.e. HTTPS everywhere, Ghostery, No Script)
Optional helpful rules
3) Never use Windows or any Apple OS,
use; Linux, BSD or some other OS then Windows or Apple made OS.
HTTPS everywhere doesn't need any as it's job is really simple
Ghostery is easy to configure and use
No Script while it can provide really good security, it requires configuring for each website you visit and having a good idea of what should be allowed to run.
