Building maintenance exploding

I'm playing Brandenburg and having a great game... I go on vacation, come back, and there are still your wonderful updates, and when I launch my game, everything is fine... I have a few buildings under construction, 280 ducats of income; and suddenly... the maintenance of my buildings jumps from 170 to 370 ducats.... so my economy goes haywire for no reason and my game with it..... it's becoming exhausting to play this game with this development team....
