Antagonism for retaking a rebel?

Not sure if this is working as intended, but seems broken.
Playing as Spain. I conquer Granada, a year or 2 later it revolts, I kill the rebels and have to peace them out in a peace deal. I again take more antagonism for putting down a rebellion in a country that I have already taken.

I hope this is not the way it was intended. If so it seems like really bad game design.

If u select "Annex revolt" u shouldnt get any antagonism. If u get some its definitely a bug

I looked and couldn't find it. Just took 200 antagonism for a Catalonian revolt. The casisus belli that I had was Independence War wich gives -25% antagonism, but you still take a crap ton.
