Game runs very poorly literally unenjoyable

Ever since I think it was 1.2 the performance on this game has been abysmal. I have an 5800x3d with a 9070xt and 32gb of ram and i can barely get 40fps on the max speed and even that is too slow for me. Played for an hour and twenty minutes on a new save and only got to around 1356 before I decided that this game is legit not worth my time. I should also say how unfun the early game economy is on nations that aren't in a very good starting position. I'm having to tank my stability and autonomy, have no diplomats, delete forts I start with and stack crazy inflation just to have a positive balance. This is truly a horrendous game play loop and I feel bad for the playtester volunteers who have to play this game as I'm they are the only ones left playing after losing their playerbase to these ♥♥♥♥ optimization downgrades. Paraodx, please fix!
