What do military buildings count as?
I would've suspected infrastructure but;

Military buildings are getting closly never filled even though enough pops are there, every job prio tested, any way to prio solider/sailor jobs? Or does recruiting drain the soldiers in the city? if so, can we maybe get soldiers and sailors seperated as classes and/or a way to select jobs like in stellaris? I have literally not noticed a diffrence in how jobs get filled neverless the "prioritization". Every building gets filled but soldiers always stay empty. i rather have my economy crumbled than not beeing able to recruit anything.

Some tipps would be appriechiated bc even with migration to the city pops just are like "nah man solider jobs get you killed". I mean fair enuff but still let me give them privileges then or set an amount of sallary so increase the likeability of said job.

Its not on every place though (rural or urban) just some and honestly i wasn't able to figure out the reason. City attraction is high enugh pops do migrate but still nothing.

Besides that. i do not understand why city walls are late age tech, its literally obselete at that time (in a historical sense as far as i'm aware bc cannons).

Also with the new culture thing, maybe increase base culture cap to 1.3 up to 1.5 instead of 1.2 i think that would help.

But idk am a Europa universalis noob so any feedback in regards to soldier job situation would be greatly apprechiated. Can't be the solution to build fishing villages everywhere and put armies on top of it for more controll :D (early ages). I must do smth wrong i belive. Esp, as it is now, its easier to delete ships and build new ones instead of repairing as that drains and sometimes doesn't even repair a ship (had a whole fleet draining my pool for 20 years without 1% health increase, first 3 ages as far as i can tell).

That has to do with Maintenance costs and reinforcing costs. You likely weren't producing enough sailors to afford to reinforce your fleet, which means your ships weren't getting repaired. That's why it's important to try to maintain a decent positive income on sailors.
