Become Netherlands as Holland

I'm having trouble publishing a guide so I'll say the best way to do it is to start as Holland try to ally France or England depending on which side Flanders gets. And along the way seize some HRE land to bolster your moneys. Brabant is the golden capital we eventually want but there are several ways to get it, become a Brabant vassal and rebel not the easiest but it is possible. Simply get better at combat the easiest way or to wait to get big enough allies to beat it up also a hard way. In all my runs I become the kingdom of holland before I form the netherlands. While you could do this by being another bigger country I don't find that as fun and you don't retain the holland bonuses making the Netherlands a truly unique experience.

You say the best way is to start as Holland and then you suggest becoming Brabants vassal? Doesnt that mean the best start is with Brabant?
