Multiplayer joining players loading time

[yarpen6]

When friend wants to join me in multiplayer game loading takes above 20 minutes. I don't know what is it loading? It's just a save file which loads in my computer in 20 seconds. We have fiber internet connection so it's not an issue. We also have quite good computers, when it's first loading the game it's much faster, but then in 15 hundreds it's a nightmare

In evening (for EU time) the Paradox servers have a problems. Yesterday we've faced a Password problem in MP match, and the loading time was significantly increased in comparison of morning.
