0 Food on most of the markets?

I get that the harvests happen during the "warmer" seasons.

But the fact that almost all the markets except for some smaller ones(like in the Steppes), or very food-rich markets(like Paris), lack ANY food that they cannot dig themselves out of "0 food death spiral", is kind of crazy.

Just 5 years into the game, markets in Italy, Germany, Greece and Anatolia are completely out of food. They cannot import enough food into them from nearby markets, because the countries simply don't have enough trade capacity.

I simply cannot play the game without bankrupting myself or not spending money on anything except for food imports now. All my trade capacities have to be allotted for food imports, instead of goods trade, therefore yielding me less than a ducat of positives.

I am not sure if this is by design, an intended way of playing- or just an oversight from the developer team. If this was intended, maybe this is a huge skill issue from me.
